In a nod to vintage travel posters, this charming tin pays homage to Nuremberg, the home of lebkuchen. From high atop the city’s imposing castle to one of its famous covered bridges down below, and with the world famous Christmas market in between, this tin follows in the footsteps of mid-century lebkuchen tins that often featured framed images of Nuremberg’s landmarks.

Shelf life: we suggest eating our lebkuchen within a few weeks for optimal texture and taste, but as long as you store it in an airtight container and in a cool, dry place, you can continue to enjoy your lebkuchen for many months. Just keep in mind that it will lose moisture over time. You can try to revive lebkuchen that has lost some moisture by placing a piece of sliced apple inside the container for a day or two and then removing it.
The cellophane bags we use are industrially compostable!
I got 2 of the assorted tins and they were way crazy good. The tins are so cute and the cookies are beyond gourmet. Softer and chunkier than I remember the ones we had in Nuremberg being.
Thanks so much it was the perfect Christmas for my dad
Authentic, fresh, tasty, delicious.
My only complaint is that I can’t seem to make it last - it's gone in no time.
My recommendation is to buy EXTRA, to avoid regrets!
The tins are fun, very practical, unique and fun to collect.
I’m hailing from Nuernberg in Germany and grew up eating lots of different kinds of lebkuchen during christmas time. I have to say your lebkuchen are one of the best I ever tasted. I’m so happy to find such delicious lekuchen in the US!
I love this gingerbread so much and look forward to adding another sweet tin to my growing collection every year! 5 stars for everything, shipping, cookies, and tins!!!
Best lebkuchen outside of Nuremberg! And definitely try the leckerli bars. Yum!
