Our collection features three core varieties: classic, chocolate, and assorted. All of our lebkuchen are baked in the style of oblaten lebkuchen, with a thin, edible wafer (Backoblate) on the bottom that supports the soft, chewy texture and complements the rich flavors.

Each variety is available in two sizes: standard lebkuchen and mini lebkuchen, which is about half the size of the regular cookie.

Classic Lebkuchen

The classic is our sugar glazed lebkuchen cookies variety, baked with 40% almonds and hazelnuts, warm spices, and real honey for the signature flavor of traditional honey lebkuchen.

Chocolate Lebkuchen

The chocolate lebkuchen variant takes that same nut-rich, spiced base and coats it in smooth dark chocolate, creating the perfect dark chocolate lebkuchen.

Assorted Lebkuchen

The assorted box combines both finishes in one package, perfect for sharing.

Gluten-Free Lebkuchen

We also offer a gluten free lebkuchen variety for those who need or prefer to avoid wheat. Our gluten free lebkuchen cookies deliver the same rich nut content, warm spice blend, and honey sweetness as our original recipe, so everyone can enjoy this holiday favorite.
